“ This place is a gem. Nestled among the trees, the setting is beautiful. The inside is spotless and looks like a beautiful pinewood lodge. At first glance, the prices on the menu are reasonable. When your food arrives, you realize you got a great value. The food is awesome! My flat iron steak was tender and delicious. The smoked mac and cheese was excellent. I also sampled the ribs which were very meaty and tender. The smoked bacon wrapped meatloaf was also very good. We will definitely be returning. ”

“ Basic bar with a woodsman theme, but the food was fantastic and I was able to have a fancy cocktail (James and the Giant Peach). The wait and bar staff were shorthanded but made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend their Mac and cheese, boneless chicken, and ribs. ”

The food is delicious, and I cannot begin to say enough about their homemade chips! I crave them all year and can not replicate them at home, which makes them even better! The atmosphere is warm and inviting! We love the option of eating on the porch, and honestly, we love the location! Every time we get here, it feels like a special occasion. Their A1 burger is my favorite thing on the menu, and while a simple burger in theory, the quality of the ingredients makes this burger an experience in and of itself! ”
